East India Golden Triangle
The eastern India golden triangle includes - Bhubaneshwar, Puri and Konark. It is one of the most spiritual tourist circuits in India. The triangle shows the rich cultural heritage of Orissa. Each of the three jewels in the crown of Orissa has its unique shimmer.
» Puri : Located 60 kms from Bhubaneswar on the coast of the Bay Bengal, Puri is one of the four Dhamas of India-Puri, Dwarka, Rameswaram and Badrinatha.
» Konark : Situated near the sea shore, 33 km from the north of the Puri and 64 Km from Bhubaneshwar. Popularly known as Arka-Tirtha, it is famous for its temple of Lord Surya,the sun god.
» Bhubaneswar : Being the capital city of Orissa, Bhubaneshwar is an interesting mix of the ancient and the modern times. The 2,000-year-old history of the city is almost shrouded in the dust and din of a modern city.
