» Marina Beach : One of the major tourist attraction in the
India. The Marina Beach is the second largest beach in the world that
extends up to 13 kms. The blue sparkling water and the silvery sand makes
Marina a heavenly beauty on earth. Marina Beach houses famous aquarium that
has a collection of tropical sea fishes and fresh water sea fishes.
» Theosophical Society : Built in 1882, the Theosophical
society spans over 200 acre wooded area of Adyar. Founded by Madam
Blavatsky, the society was initially built in 1875 in New York and was later
expanded to other places. The society was the home to great Krishnamurthy,
who was founded on a beach nearby.
